Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These general conditions govern the sales of 3D printed items available on the CoasterSmith website. These conditions apply from the moment the order is placed by the customer and define the obligations of the parties.

2. Products and Prices

The products sold on CoasterSmith are 3D printed objects, customized or standard, as described on each product page. Prices displayed are in euros and are exempt from VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French Tax Code). CoasterSmith reserves the right to modify prices and product descriptions at any time.

3. Order

To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:

• Product selection
• Cart validation
• Delivery information entry
• Secure payment

The customer will receive an order confirmation email, which constitutes acceptance of the sales contract between the parties.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method indicated on the site. CoasterSmith uses security protocols to guarantee the protection of banking information.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and type of product. CoasterSmith cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond its control.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of items to return non-customized products. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

7. Warranty and Compliance

CoasterSmith guarantees that products comply with their description on the site. In case of defect or non-compliance, the customer is invited to contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to find a solution.

8. Liability

CoasterSmith cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products. In case of dispute, CoasterSmith's liability is limited to the order amount.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site, including texts, images, and designs, are the exclusive property of CoasterSmith and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Data Protection

CoasterSmith complies with data protection regulations. Information collected is used only to process orders. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

11. Terms Modifications

CoasterSmith reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications apply from their publication for all new orders.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before initiating proceedings before the competent courts.
